ゼロ戦FLAP改造計画

ARF機にSPLIT FLAPを取り付けます。

FLAPのサイズを切り取ります。

後縁の三角材は2mmの深さに削ります。

2mmバルサで仮のFLAPとします。

ヒンジのテストをしましたが、使えます。

    (●^□^●)はろー、フラップが２ミリ厚じゃヒンジが入りませんね。表面に貼り付けるだけで大丈夫ですか?

    6枚目の画像がそのヒンジのテストで主翼プランクの裏側にeasyヒンジを接着しておいて、FLAPの裏側にCA接着で持ちそうです。なおFLAPは1mmバルサを木目を変えて積層する予定です。
